In order to promote a culture of ethics and legality in the workplace, as well as to foster an atmosphere of transparency, Friultex S.r.l. has established a reporting channel (which may also be used anonymously) for any violations or alleged misconduct committed by individuals within the company’s organization, known as “whistleblowing.”
Friultex S.r.l. guarantees the highest level of protection, confidentiality, and safeguard for the informer/whistleblower against any form of retaliation, unlawful pressure, discomfort, or discrimination of any kind, for having duly reported a violation in compliance with EU Directive 2019/1937 and Legislative Decree No. 24/2023.
This reporting channel concerns exclusively the violations covered by the above-mentioned regulations, listed below:

(f) Violation of the principle of non-retaliation
